Engineered for operation in the 1,500–6,500 RPM range, it is well suited for performance-oriented street engines, custom builds and engine swaps. The hand-polished finish provides a brilliant appearance that complements custom engine compartments and other polished accessories. Designed for use with a single square-bore four-barrel carburetor, the manifold incorporates an external water bypass boss at the front water crossover for compatibility with later Vortec engine configurations.
