This Edelbrock® Performer intake manifold is cast from lightweight aluminum for Cadillac 472-500-cubic-inch V8 engines. Its idle-to-5,500-rpm operating range supports a street-oriented power band, and the carburetor pad accepts compatible square-bore or spread-bore carburetors. Machined mating surfaces and correctly located mounting holes provide the intended engine connection. The original A/C compressor will not fit with this manifold; account for that clearance restriction before installation.
