Edelbrock has painstakingly designed their gaskets to provide a perfect seal with their heads and intakes as well as most factory stock parts. All gaskets are manufactured from top quality materials and available for a variety of applications. Head gaskets feature a tough silicone rubber coating that provides excellent sealing and conform-ability. Intake gaskets utilize a synthetic fiber construction and a nitrile bead around each port for a positive seal every time. Exhaust gaskets feature two sheets of a special heat resistant graphite coated material, which is bonded to an expanded steel core designed to keep your headers or manifolds sealed up. Valve cover gaskets are manufactured from a core reinforced composite for proper sealing integrity and an easy installation. The reinforced design provides a high radial strength to resist high vacuum or blow out conditions.
