2004-09 Cadillac XLR & XLR-V Fuel Tank Shield Strap, Genuine GM
Genuine GM replacement fuel tank shield strap manufactured for original mounting locations and secure attachment
This Genuine GM fuel tank shield strap is an original-equipment replacement designed for the 2004-09 Cadillac XLR and XLR-V. Manufactured to GM specifications, the strap secures the fuel tank shield in its designated position, maintaining the original mounting arrangement and proper clearance around the fuel tank assembly.
The XLR uses separate driver-side and passenger-side fuel tank assemblies, with corresponding shield strap configurations. Replacing a damaged, corroded or missing strap with the correct Genuine GM component maintains the original attachment arrangement without requiring modifications to the surrounding mounting points.
