This reproduction fuel-tank sender is made to match the original mounting arrangement for the 1947-59 Chevrolet/GMC truck. A corrosion-resistant coating protects the sender, and a new brass float provides the fuel-level sensing movement. The 5/16-inch fuel connection matches the specified line size, and a new inlet strainer is included to screen fuel entering the pickup.
