Properly seals your fuel tank

Cap features the correct internal locking tabs or threads as well as the external cross bar for installing and removing the cap. Early metal cap features bright zinc-plating.

Notes

  • “Deep” and “Shallow” is a reference to the height of the fuel cap lock ring tabs. Deep style is approximately 3/8” and shallow style is approximately 1/4”. On the Tank: Measure from the top of fuel neck down to the lock tab grooves. On the Cap: Measure from the inner gasket down to the lock tabs.
