1978–88 GM Locking Vented Fuel Cap

Locking vented fuel cap secures the filler opening and incorporates a pressure/vent passage.

This vented locking fuel cap replaces a missing or damaged original-type cap on compatible 1978–88 General Motors filler-neck designs. Its locking mechanism helps restrict unauthorized removal, while the vented design is intended for tank systems requiring a vented cap. The cap is supplied as one locking unit.
