Fuel Tank Kit, 1965 Tempest/LeMans, 3/8" Sending Unit
ADDED TO YOUR WISHLIST!
This RESTOPARTS® Approved fuel-tank kit is configured for 1965 Pontiac Tempest and LeMans and combines a reproduction fuel tank with the related installation parts in one package. Based on the documented kit components, it includes a correctly configured tank in the selected material, a ⅜-inch fuel-level sending unit, two galvanized mounting straps, strap hardware, a six-foot anti-squeak strip, a non-vented deep-neck fuel cap, and a two-foot section of ⅜-inch fuel hose with four pinch clamps. Choose among the galvanized, Ni-Terne-coated or stainless steel tank variants according to the selected SKU; the finish and corrosion-resistance characteristics depend on the tank material. Including matching straps, anti-squeak material, sender, hose and cap simplifies replacement of the original tank and the common connection points disturbed during installation. The package coordinates the major tank service items without requiring each one to be selected individually.
