This premium RESTOPARTS® fuel tank is specifically reproduced for the 1973 Buick Riviera, providing the correct 26-gallon capacity, original-style dimensions, contours and mounting configuration for a proper replacement of the factory tank. Professionally stamped from steel, the tank features a double-sided galvanized zinc coating for corrosion resistance on both the interior and exterior surfaces. Tank seams and attached components are copper brazed for strength and durability, with an additional protective coating applied to the brazed areas. BR10148 incorporates the filler neck directly into the tank assembly, reproducing the original Riviera fuel-filler configuration. The necessary vent and return-line connections are also incorporated into the tank for compatibility with the original-style fuel system. The fuel-sending-unit lock ring and gasket are included, providing the corresponding retention and sealing components for installation of the sending unit.
