This high-quality reproduction fuel tank is designed for 1959–62 Cadillac passenger-car applications, reproducing the original 21-gallon capacity, factory dimensions, contours and mounting configuration for proper installation in the original location. The tank features the correct single-vent configuration and is formed to match the distinctive size and shape required for these full-size Cadillac applications. Its application-specific construction maintains the original tank location, mounting arrangement and fuel-system connections. CE10458 is correctly designed around Cadillac's separate filler-neck arrangement. Rather than incorporating a complete filler neck into the tank, it features the proper flange for connection to the vehicle's large fuel-fill hose, retaining the original-style fuel-filler configuration.
