These tank offered by RESTOPARTS® have been manufactured using superior methods for increased strength and durability. Each tank features the lock ring and gasket for installation of the fuel sending unit. These tanks also feature the necessary vent and return line connections as well as the filler neck where specified. Rather than arc welding which can become brittle and subject to premature cracking, our tanks are soldered with tin to reduce or eliminate the possibility of cracks and leaks found in other tanks. These are reproduced using superior methods for increased strength and durability, allowing these tanks to withstand constant road vibrations.

Notes

Galvanized Tanks seams and components are copper brazed for increased strength and durability These feature a double-sided Zinc coating for corrosion resistance and is finished off with a layer of powder coat to each brazing area for an added layer of protection.
Ni-Terne Steel feature a double-sided zinc-tin alloy coating for superior resistance to rust and corrosion.
Stainless Steel Tanks are stamped to factory specifications using 304 Stainless Steel sheet and these provide the ultimate in appearance and corrosion resistance.
