This reproduction fuel tank is specifically designed for 1958 Cadillac models, reproducing the original 18.5-gallon capacity, factory dimensions, contours and mounting configuration for a proper replacement in the original location. Professionally stamped from 20-gauge steel, the tank features the correct original-style single-vent configuration and is formed to match the distinctive dimensions and shape required for the 1958 Cadillac chassis. A durable silver powder-coated finish protects the steel against rust and corrosion while providing a clean, factory-style appearance. This application uses a separate filler-neck arrangement, rather than a complete filler neck formed as part of the tank.
