1985–88 GM G-Body Electric In-Tank Fuel Pump

Electric tank-mounted fuel pump supplies fuel to the original fuel-injection delivery system.

This electric in-tank fuel pump is intended for selected 1985–88 GM passenger-car fuel-injection systems requiring the original-style pump arrangement inside the fuel tank. The pump moves fuel from the tank pickup toward the engine’s fuel-delivery circuit. Unlike a mechanical block-mounted fuel pump, this unit operates electrically from the tank-sender module. The pump is installed within the original-style tank sending-unit assembly.
