This engine-mounted mechanical fuel pump serves the original-style carbureted fuel system in compatible 1982–88 Chevrolet Malibu/Monte Carlo & 1986 Pontiac Grand Prix/Bonneville applications. The diaphragm pump is driven through the engine fuel-pump actuating mechanism and connects to the original three-line feed and return/vapor-line arrangement. The original-style mounting flange positions the pump at the engine fuel-pump opening.
