1968 Pontiac 350/400 V8 Two-Line Mechanical Fuel Pump by Carter®

Precision-cast mechanical pump supplies 40–45 GPH at 5½–7 PSI in two-line Pontiac systems.

This Carter® mechanical fuel pump serves 1968 Pontiac V8 applications with the two-line fuel-system configuration, including selected 350 and 400 engines. A precision-cast aluminum housing and engineered diaphragm provide camshaft-driven fuel delivery of approximately 40–45 gallons per hour, with the manufacturer specifying 5.5–7 PSI. The pump has a ⅜-inch tubing inlet and ⅝-18 threaded outlet, and its mounting gasket is included. It is not the separate three-line/return-style fuel pump.
