ACC "Raylon" Carpet is totally authentic in every detail … Yet stays brilliant and lasts longer than the traditional 80/20 blend

Since 2005, when we introduced our original-style carpets in the premium 80/20 Raylon blend, we have sold tens of thousands to satisfied Chevelle and El Camino owners across the globe! Why settle for standard 80/20 rayon/nylon when you can get this revolutionary reproduction for the same price? Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed! Top Features: • Improved Appearance: Our 80/20 Raylon more closely resembles the original 80/20 carpet from the 1960s and 1970s. • Factory Correct Heel Pad: Why compromise? Get superior Raylon along with the absolute 100% correct heel pad dielectrically welded like the factory original! • Enhanced Abrasion: 80/20 Raylon will not fuzz, pill, beard or shed fiber on the surface. • Superior Color Fastness: 80/20 Raylon meets current OEM standards for floor coverings. • 1-Year Warranty: The manufacturer is offering a one-year, no fade warranty against discoloration from sunlight exposure. • All Around Quality: Superior 80/20 Raylon with the highest rate of originality and durability. We carry the highest rate of Carpet in-stock anywhere.

Why compromise? OPGI stocks the highest quality carpet in the restoration industry! In 2005, “Raylon” was developed as a replacement for the traditional 80/20 loop carpets used in all GM cars of the 1960s and early 1970s. Dorsett Industries, founded in 1961, is the oldest carpet manufacturer still in existence, who originally produced the factory OE 80/20 rayon and nylon blend loop carpet from 1961 through the muscle car boom years. Coupled with OPGI’s premier and preferred supplier, Auto Custom Carpets, each set is heat-pressed and precisely molded into an original, high-quality Chevelle or El Camino floor pan die—to ensure a perfect fit, then of course machine bonded (not glued!) with the most precisely reproduced plastic heel-pad in the industry (size, color key and durability) for a superior fit and finish. The best! Shipped complete and ready to install with the original style 1/2" thick jute bonded to the underside for your convenience.
