A Notice to Our Customers

Attention: Concerning COVID-19 and the California executive order to shelter in place, Original Parts Group’s showroom is closed to the public until further notice, however we will accept will-calls only. Phone sales and related services may be temporarily interrupted this week while we complete the conversion to remote sales to keep our staff safe at home. Orders placed on the website and will be shipped in the order received, however due to the crisis, shipments may take longer than usual. We thank you for your cooperation.

Like so many of you, Original Parts Group is made up of working parents, community members, and people just trying to navigate a new normal. Please take a moment to read.

Website Information
Our Website is available 24/7 for your restoration and performance parts needs. All web orders will be accepted and processed in the order received. Please use our chat functionality on the website for any inquiries regarding existing orders or to obtain assistance with new orders, as we will have a ‘work-at-home’ crew logged into the chat feature.

Call Center Information
Our call center and related services will conform to the official “stay-at-home” order from the State of California by having all our salespeople working remotely. We anticipate bringing them back when the State of California advises businesses that it is safe to do so.

Shipping Information
We will do our best, even in the toughest times. Orders will be shipped in the order received, however fulfillment may experience delays. We will be updating this page frequently as events unfold and thank you for your patience.
