Express Shipping Options

You have 3 Options of express delivery - "FedEx Overnight" delivers your merchandise the following business day. An average order shipping "FedEx Overnight" can be shipped for approximately an additional $24.95. "2 Day FedEx Express" on the average is an additional $12.95. "3 Day FedEx Express Saver" guarantees your merchandise delivered in 3 business days, and an average order is an additional $9.95. OPG also arranges for Guaranteed Saturday Delivery if so desired. Please call for details. A few exclusions apply: only available for in stock merchandise ordered before 11 AM. Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day FedEx orders require signature upon delivery. Items that need to be shipped by truck freight do not qualify. Shipment must be pre-paid on a credit card or certified funds prior to the order being shipped.

Ground Shipments Throughout The Continental U.S.

Most of our merchandise is shipped throughout North America via FedEx Ground, but we utilize a variety of convenient and cost effective shipping services. Typical ground service to all parts of the continental USA is between 1 and 3 days in the Western Coastal states, 3 to 4 days to the far Western states, 4 to 5 days to the Midwestern states, 5 to 7 days to the Eastern Seaboard states.

Oversized Box Shipments

Merchandise that can be shipped FedEx Ground but exceeds normal size standards (over 130" in combined length plus girth) is considered "OS" or "oversized". FedEx charges an additional fee for such oversized items. Therefore, it is necessary to pay an additional $69.99 when purchasing parts that require oversized boxes. Oversize and additional handling surcharge rates listed apply to ground shipments; fees may be higher for express deliveries and shipments outside the contiguous United States.

Additional Handling Surcharges

Any package that measures over 48" in length, and/or 30" in width or height, is subject to an additional handling surcharge of $12.95. Unusually-shaped packages such as cylinders or drums are also subject to this charge, as are unusual exterior packaging materials such as plastic or cloth.

Items That Require Truck Freight Delivery

Products that require Truck Freight shipping are too large to be shipped by FedEx Ground. (Items such as fenders, hoods, etc.) All truck freight orders must be pre-paid by credit card or bank check, however, truck freight orders going outside of the 48 contiguous states must be pre-paid by a bank check only. Rates begin at $150 minimum depending upon weight. Please contact our sales order desk for freight charges.

Drop Ship

Products that require drop-shipping are special order. All drop-shipped orders must be prepaid. Rates vary depending upon weight. Please contact our order desk for freight charges.

Damage Claims

Please inspect the merchandise in the presence of the carrier at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the delivering service (FedEx Ground, etc.) to deliver the merchandise in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a package that has been opened or damaged, it is imperative that the driver documents it on their delivery sheet. You must report any and all damaged goods in shipments within 3 days of delivery. OPG cannot be responsible for damaged or missing parts without documentation on the delivery sheet and without contacting the delivering company personally. Please promptly phone our order desk so we may assist you.

Insurance & Handling

IMPORTANT: This fee insures that the entire order (and any back ordered shipments associated with that invoice) will be covered with handling and packaging insurance in case of damage or loss during transit. A charge, starting at $2.95, up to $9.95 (for large shipments) will be applied to each shipment. Insuring every order guarantees prompt, professional service should you need replacement of any damaged or lost product.
